prusaprinters

This is a case for 95mm solar panels such as theese ones (5.5V 1W option): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002996845292.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.55ac4c4dxvUI1N

It has holes for cables that should be in the middle so you can glue multiple cases together and stick cables through the whole lenght.

There is also 4x4 ready to print box. I have Prusa MINI so I wasn't able to print it all together but who have the regular size 3D printer will be able to print it all at once

I created clips to snap multiple cases together, although I highly recommend to glue it together for better strenght.

The my created “solar panel” :D generates 5.5V 4W when all connected in paralel, in series its around 20V 1W. It depends on the current sunlight.

I have connected it in 1x2 paralel and theese 1x2 i conneced into series. After voltage stabilization to 12V I have somethnig about 12V and 1.2W output. It ain't much but its honest work :D I charge my 12V 9Ah battery during the day and then use it as a power supply for my ledstrips to light my room in the night. And it works!

My print settings:

Polymaker PolyTerra PLA

0.4mm nozzle and 0.3/0.25mm layer height

10% infill

I have it inside so the PLA isn't a big deal but if you plan to use it outside I recomend to use PETG or ABS for longer life.

Feel free to modify and customize it as you need.
