Solar Light Stand(Simple)

Solar Light Stand(Simple)

I picked up a few cheap Solar yard lights from Walmart for about $1 each. I wanted a maintenance-free solution that wouldn't need any wiring to light up my decorative Tea Light or candle luminary statues outside. To use them, simply remove the solar light from its tube stand and place it on top of the statue or directly onto a table as a table lamp. I have to admit, this is one of the simplest projects I've ever undertaken. However, when I started looking for something similar online, I couldn't find anything that matched my requirements. That's why I'm sharing the scad file with you - in case you'd like to modify it to fit your own solar lights. Keep in mind that not all solar lights will be compatible, so you may need to make some adjustments. For this project, I used a 3% infill and printed without supports. I had purple loaded into my printer at the time, but feel free to use any color you prefer.
