Solar Cooker - Prototype

https://youtu.be/zOi9ENOl3c4 Take this portable solar cooker camping, to the beach, or to your survival shelter for cooking after society collapses. Solar cookers work in hot or cold weather from 1 hour after sunrise until 1 hour before sunset. This compact model is a small prototype of a parabolic cooker, measuring only 40cm in diameter. Watch as it sets a piece of paper on fire in seconds, just like you see in the video. I've designed a larger version that equals the size of many commercially available solar cookers, but I still need to design the support structure for this one. The large model would require around 3kg of plastic to print. In addition to the printed parts, you'll only need M3 screws and nuts, a 5/16" (M8) nut and bolt, a small piece of mylar rescue blanket, and spray adhesive. Watch the video for instructions on how to make it shine: https://youtu.be/fWK3PbSSsjs The only part that needs support during printing is the hub. Wear dark sunglasses when using this cooker; it's incredibly easy to blind yourself otherwise.
