Solar colector 3D printed kit . Standard water heater at shop for swiming pool are expensive and short lifetime. With this kit is possible to make solar heater for your swimming pool from any pieces of 10mm polycarbonat sheets. Of course you can heating not only swimming pool but other reservoar with water too. You can use any rest of old or new twinwall or multiwall polycarbonat sheet 10mm which you have in backyard or garage(or from yours neightbour or father). There can be scratches or holes. Holes is possible to seal with silicon according photo. Silicon have to be injected from both side of sheets to avoid waterleakidg in place with hole. If you have transparent or light color polycarbonat sheet then it is possible to paint it with black color from sunny side, to increase sunny heating effect. If you have water input and water output on the same side, than it is neccessary to glueing two pieces of stopper in middle of colector kit. Right next to each other becouse one large stopper was not possible to input in hole of kit. Stopper is needed to make correct direction of water thru collector. If water input and water output is on oposite side than stopper is not used. Water input have to be on lower part of collector and water output have to be on upper part of colector. Every parts are glued each other and with polycarbonate sheets. It is good every glued surfaces rework with sand paper( to make better contact with glue) than make assamble without glue, if everithing are good than make new assamble with glueing. Join peaces have to be cut with saw according actuall bright of yours polycarbonat sheet.
