Solar Charger Case

This Instructable details a case modification for a solar iPod/iPhone charger (http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-a-solar-iPodiPhone-charger-aka-Might/). The creator found the original design, which involved an Altoids tin and solar panel affixed to the exterior, unsatisfactory, so they designed a more streamlined case. Inside walls prevent sliding, while the lid hooks onto the solar panel and slides down for secure attachment. A DIY screw system is provided, with holes acting as pilot points. To assemble, place electronics first, then battery and finally slide solar panel over top. Additional pictures were added on 3/15/2011 for assembly assistance. An update also offers instructions for using a model with built-in support or a simpler alternative.
