Solar Cell to USB Charger

I began constructing this project over the summer months. Since my room receives direct sunlight during the late afternoon and evening hours (around 3PM+), I found myself in need of a cooling solution to power some fans at night when temperatures rise. To address this issue, I decided to employ 7" USB fans that utilize 1W of energy. Even on relatively low-light days, these fans start spinning, although optimal performance requires brighter daylight conditions. Additionally, the fans are foldable and can be easily stored away if desired. The mini solar panels used in this project come in various sizes: - A 12V panel measuring 115mm x 85mm with a power output of 1.5W - A 12V panel measuring 145mm x 145mm, capable of delivering 3W of power - An 18V panel with dimensions 165mm x 135mm and an output of 3.5W While I have yet to build the assembly using the 3.5W panels, as they are still awaiting delivery. The USB adapters used in this project can supply up to 3A at a voltage of 5V. To facilitate connection of additional assemblies, there are sockets available for parallel connection via 2.1mm DC connectors. If needed, these sockets allow for easy expansion of the system's capabilities. The holes drilled for the bolts measure 4mm in diameter, with a single USB socket utilizing 3mm holes.
