Solar Catapult (socket for a 12V DC motor with gearbox)
thingiverse
This device was crafted using Fusion 360 and its gear component engineered with Tinkercad. The DC motor I have, which operates on 12 volts of direct current, features an integrated gearbox that results in approximately 120 revolutions per minute. Next week, I plan to test it thoroughly. My objective is to power this device utilizing a photovoltaic solar cell. Installing a substantial capacitor in parallel with a switch may aid in compensating for any weaknesses in the power supply. The joint connecting the body at its midpoint is somewhat fragile. A forthcoming update (version 3) will address this issue and provide a more robust solution.
