My mom installed some rainbow acrylic solar lamps on the vertical beam of her balcony. I thought they looked tacky so I printed out a custom mount for her. The metal tube is 9.5 mm in diameter and it's a two-part assembly that fits together with a press fit, but you can also add a small drop of super glue to secure it.
