Its native format is .skp and the associated 3ds Max scene corresponds to 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 The Jian Wai SOHO complex is located in Beijing's upscale Chaoyang District, at number 39 East Third Ring Road, directly across from the World Trade Center. Spanning a total area of approximately 700,000 square meters, Jian Wai SOHO has garnered media attention as "the most stylish living showcase". Comprising twenty towers and four exclusive villas, as well as a sixteen-lane bar street layout, this unique development blends urban planning with vibrant human culture. Key details about the project include its address on East Third Ring Road in Beijing's Chaoyang District (opposite the World Trade Center), with a combined built-up area of roughly 169,000 square meters and an approximate building space of around 700,000 square meters (including underground areas). Notably, renowned architect Riken Yamamoto from Japan is responsible for the chief design of this massive development project, commissioned by leading real estate developer SOHO China.
