A clever little spool designed to neatly keep your soft tape measure in place. This ingenious solution will seamlessly work with 60" tape measures, however, it's essential to note that it won't function properly with tapes featuring a rivet on the end. The two pieces of this handy device should be securely attached using a #8 wood screw that ranges in length from 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches. A smooth-shafted screw would be an ideal choice for optimal performance.
