Because the original rear wheels on Neato and VR100 robots are extremely hard, they make a big noise when crossing the gaps between tiles on a floor. You can print the attached file with white TPE and replace the hard wheels with new ones to eliminate this terrible rumble completely. The rotation of the robot around its middle axis will not be affected by these softer wheels even on deep-pile carpet. Recommended print settings include an extruder temperature of 235°C, a print bed temperature of 80°C, and a print speed of 20mm/s. Use at least four layers for the top and bottom and four perimeter shells. Estimated print time per part is 0:30h, with approximately 3g of material required. Printer settings include a FlashForge Dreamer printer, no rafts, no supports, and a resolution of 0.15 mm with 30% infill. After printing, you can use the existing shaft for the new wheel because this shaft is only loosely attached to the old wheel. The design was created using FreeCAD software. A custom section was added to the model. Unfortunately, I've discovered that hundreds of models from Thingiverse are being sold on eBay without regard for their Creative Commons license. The Vero-Team on eBay refuses to acknowledge Thingiverse or MakerBot as legitimate corporations, and they don't recognize the CC license as valid. Thingiverse itself doesn't provide support for enforcing CC rules and recommends continuing a futile dialogue with parasitic sellers or hiring a lawyer to stop them. In light of this situation, I'm forced to remove all my models from Thingiverse. I won't waste my time on these antisocial parasites who profit from others' work without permission. If you're interested in obtaining the model files, please contact me directly. If you're an active member here and have shared your own models, I'd be happy to send them to you. Regards, SnowHead
