Soft plug for MTB handlebars

<p>MTB handlebar ends can be a very dangerous thing during a crash, especially on heavier eMTBs. This quick and easy print will make them much softer. Just follow the printing instructions below (no infill, two walls).</p><p>Dimensionally, the model is ready for standard inner handlebars diameter (20 mm), but can be simple adjusted by scaling.</p><p>Tip: Print one first and measure how it fits. Every printer and material profile can be slightly different. It is not a problem to increase the dimension by scaling (+/–).</p><p><strong>How to print:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>No infill here!&nbsp;</li><li>Use TPU or TPE (flexible material).&nbsp;</li><li>For hardness 98A (Shore) use only two walls (2×0.4mm) and 2 or 3 bottom layers. The plug then will be soft enough.</li><li>Print one by one to avoid any stringing and postprocessing.</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p>
