Soft Plastic Mold (High Detail Open Pour Mold)

This new type of lure mold was designed myself to have the high detail qualities that come from injection molds, but still have the simplicity which comes from open pout molds. I have intently tested this mold and have caught numerous fish from these soft plastics in Galveston Texas which is in the Gulf of Mexico. These Parts Interlock in a W pattern instead of a straight pattern. This is something you WILL NOT see anywhere else. Resin and FDM Compatable To make the soft plastics I melted some old fishing lures in a cooking beaker in my microwave. Keep a close eye on the plastics so that you only melt and not burn them. I usually stir the mixture roughly every 30 seconds. Once the mixture is ready, you take it out of the microwave and carefully pour it into the molds. After about 10 minutes the plastics are ready to be removed from the molds and cleaned up if necessary. MAKE SURE TO USE NON-SCENTED LURES!
