Soft jaw for AXMINSTER SK100 chuck.

Good morning, I suggest considering wood lathe chucks for those who are concerned. Chuck jaws for wood lathe can be a viable option. In no case should I be held responsible for any potential accidents related to the use of this type of chuck jaw. I am not in a position to guarantee the solidity of your printing projects, as it ultimately depends on the material used and your percentage of filling, etc. The wood lathe remains a machine tool that can be hazardous if proper precautions are not taken. It's worth noting. I recently purchased an AXMINSTER "SK100" chuck and I'm satisfied with the standard jaw set included in the "Type C" package due to the price of the cattle. However, sometimes I find myself limited by these bits. So, I browse the AXMINSTER catalogue looking for a suitable model. After making my choice, I move on to modeling... A few hours later, here I am starting to create two new bit designs! Amazing! This truk is a crazy one! I'm now equipped with jaws perfectly adapted to my small shooting projects. It's too good. I reserve these jaws for turning small parts or finishing delicate parts that cannot withstand the "TOO STRONG" clamping of metal jaws. They are "MORS DOUX" like those distributed by SORBY, VICMARC, NOVA, AXMINSTER... Under no circumstances do I use these jaws to roughen or work a usual part. Model 1 is inspired by "Type D". Model 2 is inspired by the "Type H", a little smaller for my needs. That's why I call it XP. I also modeled four other types: "A", "H", "BF", and soft jaws, if you like! ENJOY! EDIT 0109: Good morning, Here are two new models that I couldn't resist creating... Big jaw and a small pickup tray with filaflex studs... Only Bmol, my chuck key is too short to tighten it. You have to do it several times. Enjoy!
