Sofle v2 top plate w/ lip

Top plate for the Sofle V2 keyboard (non-RGB). Plate is 3mm thick with 1.5mm lips for MX switches to snap-on. Used the svg provided by josefadamcik in his [github repo](https://github.com/josefadamcik/SofleKeyboard/tree/master/Sofle_v2/Case). Plate thickness and lip dimensions can be customized in the provided FreeCad model. Variables are inside the spreadsheet "Parametric design". The design is inspired by gorbkeller's plates at [thing:4898585](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4898585). If you need a bottom plate I suggest you use [thing:5166800](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5166800)
