This is a Polygon model featuring Sofa with PBR compatible materials available in various colors. It can be found in three formats for use with different software systems. Autodesk Maya 2016 .mb, FBX and OBJ formats are supported. The model was created using Autodesk Maya 2016, Zbrush, Photoshop and Substance Painter. A set of twenty high resolution PNG images is included to represent the Texture Maps. These include Base Color, Normal, Metallic, Roughness and Ambient Occlusion maps, all at a resolution of 2048x2048 pixels. Additionally, three extra texture sets are provided: Brown, Red, and Grey colors can be applied using these sets. Model statistics indicate Poly Count is 35546 polygons while the Tri count stands at 71092, with Vertex Count totaling 35750. Rendering properties have been optimized for mayaHardware2 with Maya Version 2016 in place. The model adheres to Real World Scale and utilizes cm units. Model dimensions include Length of 255.894cm, Depth of 79.902cm and Height of 105.147cm.
