Follow the steps provided: Sketchup (free): Just export an image as your choice of 2D file from the File/Export/2d Graphic - dropdown option. Alternatively: File -> Export -> 3D Model. Save it as a COLLADA File (.dae). In the Options, check Export Texture Maps. Open the exported file location. There should be a folder with textures next to the .skp file.
