I managed to figure out that my Singapore SodaStream wouldn't accept Australian bottles. Rather than tracking down an adapter, I decided to rebuild the little gizmo so it can accept the bottle. Aussie bottles have a M22x2 thread. It's probably best to print at 100% fill to give it a fighting chance of being air-tight and not blowing up. Only a very small passage actually receives any pressure, and beefing it up wouldn't affect the fit of the part. You could also use this as a base for creating other adapted filling solutions.
