Soda Bottle Seed Starter / Planter Base

I wanted to repurpose plastic soda bottles as mini gardens but needed a foundation to prevent them from toppling over. I experimented with several designs before settling on this one. Cutting a bottle in half, attaching it to a sturdy base, adding a cotton ball, and filling the space with soil created the perfect environment for tiny plants to thrive. Even large 2L bottles remained stable without any issues. By incorporating drainage holes into the base, I ensured that excess water wouldn't accumulate and cause root rot.
