Socrates
myminifactory
Socrates, an influential philosopher in ancient Athens, was condemned to death for allegedly disrespecting the gods. This stern judgment was passed down by the authorities during his lifetime, which spanned from 469-399 B.C. A captivating marble portrait of Socrates, crafted between AD 100-300, has been preserved, replicating a Greek original from the 4th century B.C. The statue is housed in the National Museum in Copenhagen, Denmark.
