This is socket peg hook, designed to alleviate clutter and disorganization in my toolbox inherited from my father. His method of randomly tossing tools into a box led to chaos; it's surprising how often I struggle to locate the right tool for the job despite having numerous 1/2 inch drive sockets on hand. The story behind the peg board is an interesting one. One day, I thought it would be beneficial to have a heat gun - they're relatively inexpensive and can be quite useful. However, I soon discovered that I didn't utilize mine frequently enough. I did manage to use it once to achieve perfect crispy bacon on a roast, which was delicious. The real test of the heat gun came when I needed a vacuum forming box; the peg board proved to be an ideal choice. In the end, I ended up using the peg board as a template for modeling my pegs. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 250 microns Infill: 45% Notes: I recommend printing 3 or 4 at a time to achieve optimal results. Two may not provide sufficient wall thickness for heavier sockets, but it was an experiment nonetheless. Printing multiples allows the plastic to cool between layers, resulting in an even build.
