This is a test rig I employ to refine dimensions when working with socket head cap screws in my designs. It lends itself to adjusting the fastener's shaft diameter, head depth, head diameter, washer depth and washer diameter. Each parameter is optional so as not to waste additional filament once a given dimension is optimized.
