SOBER SOMBRERO - breakaway countdown

I Designed SOBER SOMBRERO as a tiny hat that fits perfectly onto crown caps of beer bottles, marking off each passing day like a countdown until freedom to drink again. I wanted it to be a Symbolic gift for my close friend who had recently become a new mom. Since I knew she would be breastfeeding for 71 days before being allowed a break, I decided to turn each daily milestone into a Breakaway from the sober spell that Sombrero represents, and counting them down until we could finally clink beers together over the summer sun.
