... here we have a somewhat larger project: I have analyzed 12 commercial, non-German, but foreign soaps and try to find the most efficient and small solution for our own devices and machines so that we can manufacture the necessary soap in machines - can produce fully automatically.The first thing is to analyze shapes and forms, to test the handiness, also the compositions, the foaming agents - then it is a matter of determining the line according to which we want to build our devices and machines - yes, we have to!We use our mini short conveyor belt - that we use in many of our projects - for example:cheese pressingthe constructions here are simplified: so not finished yet - it's just too much to do at the same time, a lot of projects! The concept here was created to determine whether the intended automatic production - is feasible - and the components and assemblies are correct - especially since we want and have to use components and groups from other projects!but it works very well!about the manufacturing process:We have two mini-short conveyor belts running synchronously, which are shaped like a drawer: this is necessary because soap cannot necessarily be removed from the mold immediately - the soaps need time to set so that they can be removed from the mold.That means: we fill with soap mass through the upper soap mold - 5 molds each under pressure and then transport one position 114.3 mm further - to fill the next soap mold. 9 positions are filled - is stopped - locked - and both conveyor belts lying on top of each other as a complete module are transferred to the left or right in a tray system.we can produce 45 soaps of one type and store 3 times per side. that results in 270 soaps in the basic configuration.Depending on the process, we first need a solidified state of the soap mass.There is the possibility of moving the main device - so more than just making 270 soaps! any!By using the same modules with other soap molds - stacked one on top of the other - we can build a large number of modules in a very small space - that is, we can produce a large number of soaps in a very small space.the documents here are structurally in order - but not yet fully developed in detail!this should be done gradually!
