Soap Tray, Lo-Poly
prusaprinters
If you use traditional soap and don't let it drain between use, it quickly turns into a soggy mush. This wastes lots of soap. Yes, there are about 1000 different soap holder designs on Thingiverse, but this is mine. Soap pictured: Aleppo Soap 20% Laurel Oil made by Aleppo Savon in Calgary, Canada. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: 15% Filament: Filaments.ca Canadian Maker Series - Low Sheen TOUGH PLA Black Notes: You have to use support, I'm afraid. The whole point of this soap tray is that it has air space underneath, and that's (currently) not happening without support material. I've also chosen to print this with lower infill but more outer shells, in the hope that water doesn't get inside too quickly. There is no scientific or engineering reason for this choice.
