This can result in a buildup of soapy residue at the bottom of the tray. The Soap Saver is designed to be used within existing soap trays, rather than replacing them entirely. It elevates and angles the bar of soap in such a way that its underside surface area is minimized, which significantly reduces the likelihood of dampness occurring. Most soap trays are engineered with the intention of keeping soap dry underneath, but few actually succeed in achieving this goal. The underside of the soap typically remains damp, regardless of the presence of drains or contours. The Soap Saver effectively addresses this issue by minimizing contact between the soap and any moisture that may be present.
