<p>A <strong>Plain Soap Mold </strong>designed for the home soap maker to mold a bar of soap.</p><p>The mold can be easily 3D printed, without any support, on a modern inexpensive 3D Printer. It can be printed with a variety of heat tolerant materials, including PETG, ABS, ASA and many other types of printable materials that can sustain higher temperatures. When printed according to the instructions below, the object should be durable, easy to maintain, and last for a long time.</p><p>PLA is <strong>not suitable</strong> for this application because the object will be exposed to high temperatures exceeding ~55 C (~ 130 F).</p><p><strong>Recommended print settings with a .4 mm nozzle</strong></p><p>- Layer Height: .150 ~.160 mm, depending on motors and gearing</p><p>- 3 perimeters or shells (1.2 ~ 1.5 mm)</p><p>- 9 bottom layers (1.35 ~ 1.44 mm)</p><p>- 9 top layers (1.35 ~ 1.44 mm)</p><p>- Infill 15%~20%, depending on infill type</p><p><br>Printing time: ~ 6 hours 18 minutes</p><p>Material: 54 grams</p><p>Dimensions: 98 x 63 x 36 mm</p><p><strong>Thank you for viewing this object!</strong></p><p>If you like it, please click on the “like” button.
