Made in Blender 2.79, Rendered with Cycles. Three default file formats are available: .blend, ready for render with settings matching previews; .fbx, .obj - just the model itself, no subdivision. The blend file includes a camera and three light sources connected to Lights, so you can easily manipulate them. The model is perfectly centered and has optimal dimensions. Materials in the .blend file are clearly named, making it easy to swap or change them if needed. A word of caution: materials applied will only be visible in Blender 2.79 and later versions - if you see violet or black colors on the object, just update your Blender. The second subdivision level is already set in the blend file - but don't worry, the modifier isn't permanently applied, so feel free to adjust it as you like. Obj and fbx files contain the model without subdivision, so you can import them into any software you choose and apply subdivision there. The polygon (tri) and vertex count are before subdivision.
