Soap dispencer bottom

I've made this part to replace the base of my automatic soap dispencer. Since the humidity rusted the metal parts of the battery casing i had to replace it. So i've made one part to fit in the new casing and the control board. It fits pretty well, as you can see in the zip file and after some efort, i placed all the bolts tight. Remove the extra plastic from the top of the holes, it dosen't need it.
