I'm just looking at another ordinary soap dish. I came across some really nice soap dishes on Thingiverse, but I wanted mine to stay put on my shower shelf even if someone brushed against it with their elbow. So I designed it with two "legs" underneath it, spaced 10.1 cm apart to fit snugly on my 10-cm wide shelf. The bottom of the tray has a gentle slope - about 2% - which allows water to drain directly off the shelf and keeps the soap nice and dry between showers, especially since Alepia soaps are even better when they're completely dry.
