Printer Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed with Innofil PLA Pro1 at 205 degrees without supports. I recommend using a strong filament and not standard PLA, as it may cause issues during high-speed cutting. Needed Parts: 9x Guitar-mechanics (only right-sided) 3x Guitar strings (e.g. Rotosound NP011) 20mm wooden rod (beech wood) 5mm CFK rod, length 1m (for stiffness) 3x hinges (look for fitting ones) 9x Metal-Screw M4x30 9x WingNut M4 18x Washer M4 (fix the cutting wire between the washers and the wingnut) 9x Metal-Screw M4x10 (to attach the hinges to the cutter) 9x M4x30 Wood-Screws 1x approximately 3cm thick wooden board (e.g. old cutting board) Instructions: 1. Print all parts and cut cfk- and wood rods to approximately 230mm length. 2. Put the frame together with the cfk- and wood rods for test and adjust if necessary. 3. Glue all the frame parts together with the cfk- and wood rods using slow epoxy glue. Make sure the holes for the guitar mechanics remain free. 4. Install the guitar mechanics (be careful when screwing in the screws, do not use too much force). 5. Screw in the M4x30 screws, attach 2 washers and the wingnut. 6. Attach the hinges with the M4x10 screws. Put some epoxy glue in the screw wholes before screwing in the screws. 7. Attach the soapcutter with the wood screws to the wooden board. 8. Install the guitar strings and align them to each other and the soap stops. Be careful with the tension of the wire, do not overtighten the strings!! 9. Attach the soap stop with glue or screws. Test the exact position beforehand with a soap out of your mold, and do not attach the soap stops directly in front of the forward frame (or you'll have problems cutting high soaps). 10. Have fun!
