Soap box based on Cindy Chow's design

My wife was not thrilled with a plain soap box, so I decided to add a frog to the filter grid. This little amphibian also serves as a handle when you need to pull out the filter for emptying the box. To prevent the box from floating around on the countertop, I added some small legs to its base.
