This object was designed using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://tinkercad.com/things/9diTFJ9jT0j. It prints out smoothly in PLA on my PB+v2 printer. A coat of white paint, accompanied by black and orange accents for the hat, buttons, eye, and mouth gives it a nice finish. Attempting to print the body as a vase for a hanging ornament was unsuccessful due to PLA's behavior. To simplify attaching the hat, either modify in Tinkercad or use a file post-printing, trimming the head slightly.
