
Snowflake Nightlight

<p>This is a snowflake adorned translucent cube intended to fit over a standard LED nightlight. The MMU 2 color print designed to print flat and then fold into a self locking cube. This print, and a previous redstone lamp nightlight, was created in OnShape.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Best to use included 3mf<br/> .4mm extruder<br/> Print 2 colors.<br/> Extruder 1 = Clear<br/> Extruder 2 = Opaque (Black, Blue, Red, White...)<br/> number at end of .stl filename indicates extruder!<br/> .2mm quality setings<br/> general:<br/> Horizontal shells: top, bottom = 1<br/> Fill Density = 100%<br/> Fill Pattern = Hilbert Curve<br/> Top fill pattern = Rectilinear<br/> Bottom fill pattern = Rectilinear</p> <p>Special:<br/> for "Nightlite - Back_Clips1.stl"<br/> set Infil:<br/> Density = 15%<br/> Pattern = Gyroid</p> <p>set Layers and Perimeters:<br/> Bottom = 3<br/> Perimeters = 2<br/> Top = 3</p> <p>for "Nightlite - insert2.stl"<br/> set Layers and Perimeters:<br/> Bottom = 1<br/> Perimeters = 1<br/> Top = 1</p> <p>After print, cool and release from bed. leave on bed, set bed temp to 65deg (for PLA). Once to temp, carefully fold side panels perpendicular to bed. fold up bottom (with hole) to engage groves on side panels. fold (roll) assembly over last 2 panels, but dont crush the clips. remove from bed and cool final panel slightly before engaging clips.</p>
