Snowflake Candleholder
thingiverse
I made snowflakes at http://snowflakes.barkleyus.com and saved them as jpegs, making quick work of a complex task. I then edited the jpegs to bring out their true beauty in black & white with high-contrast settings. Next, I uploaded them to the Draw tool in Morphi where one by one, they transformed into 3D masterpieces and took their place at the base. With my next revision, I plan to give the base a taller design and make the snowflakes larger as well. Taking 2.25 hours to build at 3" makes it an impressive model. This model was created using Morphi! You can also try making your own 3D printable models on the go with touch input without needing wifi or a mouse, using Morphi.
