Snowflake

Snowflake

thingiverse

To create a 3D snowflake, start by designing it in Inventor. Once completed, import the design into Autodesk 123D Make to decide on the number of layers and pieces holding it together. Convert the design for editing in Illustrator and consolidate all pieces onto a single cardboard sheet. Print the model using an Epilog laser with vector speed at 40, power at 100, and frequency at 500. The cardboard thickness should be around 3/16 inch, and finally assemble the snowflake.
