I made just a few tweaks, mainly fixing the STL to make it a manifold so it should print smoothly with any slicer. My initial test print (you can see the pic) was done at 90MM/s with 10% infill and a 0.2 layer height. Given that I'm using some subpar Chinese PLA that's been exposed to air for over a year and has probably absorbed moisture, it still turned out pretty decent.
