Here's the deal - simple design, easy to print, and incredibly strong. Its design skillfully distributes weight into tension and compression of the frame, rather than placing a large torque near the screw like others I've seen. That's why it only needs one screw into a wall stud. The two snowboards shown have been hanging for over a year now, and yet I sleep peacefully underneath them. I wouldn't exactly recommend PLA as it becomes brittle in humid environments. PETG, ABS, or even better would be the way to go. STP file included, which can easily be edited by almost any CAD software.
