The custom-spare-part is designed to fit on both left and right bindings, ensuring a seamless transition from the original equipment. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 Resolution: 0.1mm Infill Percentage: 95-100% Notes: Printed on Ultimaker 2 extended with exceptional results. Material Specifications: Colorfabb XT transparent is used for this project, featuring an optimal printing temperature of 250°C. Print Speed: 50m/s Travel Speed: 200m/s Bed Temperature: 70°C Retraction Setting: On (Ultimaker default) Fan Speed: 100% Layer Height: 0.1mm Nozzle Size: Olsson block with a 0.5mm nozzle diameter Wall Thickness: 1.5mm or 3 lines Infill Percentage: 95-100% Print Duration: Approximately 25 hours Support Structure: Disabled (use the STL file with support included for optimal results) Printing without support is possible, but cleaning up the 90° overhangs at the backside may be necessary after printing. Printing with support is also an option and delivers nearly identical results. However, using a brim of 8mm instead of rafts is recommended. First Test Ride: November 12, 2016 A 3-hour snowboarding session revealed that the parts held up exceptionally well under normal conditions, despite being used by a light-weight rider (30kg) who performed no freestyle tricks or jumps.
