Snow White

Snow White leads a 19th-century German fairy tale "Snow White." The tale features elements like the magic mirror, poisoned apple, glass coffin, and characters of the Evil Queen and Seven Dwarfs. No supports are needed; three pieces have built-in supports or you can provide your own. If you have proper filament colors, no painting is required. The assembled model stands 280 mm tall. Enjoy, but don't be tempted to eat the poisoned apple! Post your makes, as seeing them will encourage me to create more models. Don't let an abundance of notes scare you away from building this model; I just like covering all bases due to different skill sets among makers. --------------------------------------------------------------- Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: Refer to the notes below for helpful printing and assembly instructions. Three pieces have minor built-in supports; those parts are also supplied without supports if you prefer using your slicer's supports. ---------------------------------------------------- Building the Model Colors Skin: Paramount3D PLA - Universal Beige (arm_right, arm_left, leg_right, leg_left, head OR head_with_supports) Yellow: Paramount3D PLA - Simpson Yellow (dress_bottom, sleeve_right, sleeve_left, shoe_right, shoe_left, zipper) Blue: Paramount3D PLA - Autobot Blue (dress_top; note: you can use a lighter blue for the shoulders) Red: Hatchbox PLA - True Red (shoe_bow_right, shoe_bow_left, apple, lips, hairband, hairband_bow, shoulder_red_right, shoulder_red_left) Brown: Paramount3D PLA - Military MBT Brown (eye_brown_right, eye_brown_left) White: Hatchbox PLA- True White (cowl, teeth, petticoat, eye_white_right, eye_white_left) Black: Paramount3D PLA - Black (hair_top, hair_bottom, eyelash_right, eyelash_left, eyebrow_right, eyebrow_left, eye_black) Green: Amazon Basics PLA - Green (leafbase; optional part, the figure stands nicely without it) ------------------------------------------------------ Printing and Assembly Tips Printing tips: 1. No supports are required unless you want to use your own supports for pieces with minor built-in supports (head, shoulder_blue_right/left). 2. The supports for the shoulder_blue_right/left have tabs on them for easy removal. 3. Use your judgment for brims/rafts; personally, I used rafts for all small parts. 4. Beware of many small parts for the face; print all small parts with rafts and print triplicates to avoid confusion. 5. Snow White is typically depicted with blue eyes, so use a light touch when gluing. Assembly tips: 1. Use E6000 sticky craft glue and thick superglue to put this model together. 2. Insert the eyelashes first, then the eye_whites; ensure they are fully seated before adding the eye_brown. 3. Place the dress_top into the dress_bottom without forcing it through. 4. The base is optional since the model stands nicely by itself. 5. Refer to the assembly diagram and uploaded pictures for putting the model together. Do not hesitate to ask questions or provide feedback, as it helps me create better models.
