Snow Marker Rod
thingiverse
This is a marker designed specifically for snowy days ahead. Whether you print many to line your driveway or use them to mark street locations, these small markers can prove very useful indeed. I created this design with sledding in mind. When one reaches the bottom of a hill, they place the marker there to see who can reach further distances. So, I hope this device is not only helpful to you but also entertaining. Have a great winter and happy sledding! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: .2 Layer Height Infill: 30-50% (Increase to make it more solid for icy snow) Notes: Flip the model upside down from its original download orientation. Keep in mind that it's only 5 cm tall, so you may want to upscale it. If your snow is very icy, consider increasing infill to as much as 80%, and if it will be used in a driveway where it might get run over, use 100%. Use .8mm for the upper and lower walls, and apply whatever settings you normally use for the sides.
