Snow Fang Zip Tie Traction Block

These little blocks are designed to slip onto a large nylon zip tie, like the kind used for air conditioning ducts. The slot measures 10mm x 2.4mm to give an idea of the size of zip tie these will accommodate. There are already commercially available products that incorporate traction blocks into the zip ties themselves, but these will allow you to buy a much cheaper pack of plain zip ties and just add as many of these traction blocks as you want. I have not tested these for safety or efficacy for any specific purpose, so download at your own risk. If you intend to add these to a winter recovery kit for your vehicle, I would do so only as a secondary backup to a primary solution like traction boards, real snow chains, winch and snow anchor, etc.
