SnorkelFilter(HEAD sport)
thingiverse
To craft this, you'll need a snorkel (tested only on the HEAD Sport) and air filter material from a home air filtration system. Some superior filters are rated for viruses, and although I'm unsure about their effectiveness (claiming 99.9%), it's likely better than a cotton shirt. The printer used was a Prusa i3 mk3, with PLA as the material. PETG might be more suitable for long-term use. Print the main housing with the small end facing up and the frame adjacent to it. Cut out a piece of filter material approximately 1/4 inch larger on all sides than the frame. It should fit snugly into the housing and onto the mask. Assuming the accordion shape of the original filter, an improvement could involve finding a better way to maintain this shape or layering filter material until breathing becomes noticeably difficult.
