WORK IN PROGRESS This is an adapter designed to fit a blower fan and filter assembly to the following snorkel mask from Amazon (it may fit others): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YFPHJCJ Here is the blower fan used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RMJC9NT The adapter, as is, provides a decent seal from the blower fan to the mask, and can provide cool, filtered air. (Print all parts in place, secure the filter mount to the fan, stretch a piece of filter material over the top, and secure it with the cap. Outflow filtering is not yet implemented (that's next.) The model is intended to be print-in-place, if your printer can handle ~60-degree overhangs. To do: Add inflow filtration Add outflow filtration Add provision for batteries and controls/monitoring Test design Reduce overhangs to 45 degrees or less Print Settings Printer: i3 clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.24 or to taste Infill: 30% or to taste Filament: Hatchbox or similar PLA As desired Notes: Model should print without supports. The overhangs on the two outflow ports are a little steep, but they printed okay on my i3 clone. You may need to have your slicer reverse a normal or two near the base -- I recommend previewing the print since the geometry of some of the curved surfaces is pushing the limits of what SketchUp can be trusted to do.
