sketchfab
Possible carving on Snook Bank, north of Longframlington, Northumberland discovered by Team 2 during extensive archaeological excavations of prehistoric sites through modern times when millstones were extracted from the area. This boulder was unearthed in 2008 and added to ERA as 'Snook Bank N01' following thorough recording by NADRAP. The team's initial assessment is somewhat ambiguous, describing the motifs as "One shallow cup about 8 cm diameter in bedding planes at apex of rock and probably natural" with other small holes attributed to erosion. Further details can be found on ERA: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=458. The model was created from 2 stereo pairs captured by NADRAP T2 in March 2007, forming part of the ERA/NADRAP archive.
