Snapping Container

I fabricated a container with a screw-top design in NinjaFlex, but it didn't screw together properly - instead, it snapped together fairly well. Consequently, I decided to create my own design with an improved closing mechanism. I realized that I might only be able to make this work with NinjaFlex or another flexible filament material. Fortunately, the resulting container is watertight. The prototype was printed on a TAZ4 3D printer using slow first-layer speeds to ensure good adhesion to the build plate. Thankfully, no support structure was required.
