Snapping Cable Organizer Optimized for 0.4mm Nozzle
thingiverse
I had seen a couple of similar cable organizers but the dimensions where slightly off so the slicer had to add a lot of Gap Fills. This wastes time. The joints and snap fused together as well. With this model you can set your own parameters. Also, the tolerance was set too tight for printers like Ender 3. I just couldn't get them properly printed no mater what I tried. *So, I designed my own Cable Organizer.* **Update 25/02/2021** ###I decided to make this design freely available. Enjoy! Design Goals: =========== - Customizable Length, width, ... - Printable in PLA and PETG (and maybe some others) - No Gap Fill - No Support - Reasonable infill - Minimal material and time Software Used =========== - Fusion 360 - PrusaSlicer 2.3.0+ My Printer ========= Creality Ender 3 Files ============= - Fully parametric Fusion 360 Model. You can change the user parameters to customize the design. (see screenshot of parameters) - STEP File - STL File Important -------------- Let the parts cool completely before taking them off the bed. When they are still warm, they could still deform and the snapping action could fail.
