The ePIc snapPI hinged pi case ( raspberry pi case 2 3 and 4 ) by Tripnutz has a cover that allows for a 30mm fan to be mounted to it. The holes were not aligned to fit a standard 30mm fan, so I modified it to set the holes correctly and also moved the fan closer to the top of the CPU. I had to remove the logo to do this.
