SnapMaker X-Axis Pi Cam Arm

SnapMaker X-Axis Pi Cam Arm

This is an upgraded arm designed specifically for the SnapMaker Pi Cam holder, enabling you to securely attach the camera to the X axis and track print jobs from start to finish. This feature is particularly useful for taller printed objects, providing a seamless capturing experience. The original design and all necessary components can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2836769. However, I've noticed some instability in the camera feed as the X axis stepper changes direction, which requires further investigation to address. To resolve this issue, I may need to redesign the mount/arm entirely from scratch in the future. Additionally, using a longer ribbon can lead to clutter, so I'm considering modifying the design to include a dedicated slot for the ribbon cable, eliminating the need for gaffa tape altogether.
