I installed the linear modification and it worked great! Then I finally received the quick swap upgrade. This raised the bed about 15mm. I used mfg1976's rail adapters (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5817960). But now there was a 15mm gap. Plus the bed now has to slide to the left to dismount. So I designed these 2-piece riser blocks that fill the gap and slide out of the way for bed removal. Don't need them for the laser bed but a must for the 3D print and CNC beds. The adapter blocks don't screw into the bedframes so I just switch them between the 3D and CNC beds. The top part of the riser screws to the adapter with pan head screws and the bottom screws to the linear bearing block with flat head screws. All M5. The pin might be a little tight but I sanded mine down a bit. I drew them up with a 0.1mm clearance.Shoutout to 3dingo! Your brackets are quite the solution! Make the holes a little bigger and raise them about 1/2 to 1 mm. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6104662)
